Prayer request and praise report

A reader writes:

To follow-up on my prayer request from last week on 2 year-old Luke.  Good news: the brain tumor is benign!  However, because of it’s size, he had surgery today to insert a shunt and the doctors are going to use Chemotherapy to attempt to shrink the tumor.  So, once again, please keep little Luke, his twin brother (that is apparently missing him dearly), mom, dad, and the whole family in your prayers.

Thanks be to God through our Lord Jesus Christ!  Father, continue your work of healing in Luke’s life.  Continue to help his caregivers complete their work.  Continue giving him strength and grace and fill all who love  him with joy and gratitude to you through your Son Jesus Christ.  Mother Mary, St. Luke and St. Peregrine, keep praying for them!
