Prayer Request

A reader writes:

May I ask you (and your readers) to pray for my Mommy? She has been battling Multiple Myeloma for the past eight years. Over the past year, she has not been responding well to treatment. We are hoping for a miracle, for her to be healed. But more importantly, we pray that our family (especially my Daddy, who has been her primary caretaker) keep our Faith, and not lose our trust in God’s love.

Father, hear our prayer for healing for this reader’s Mom in body, soul, and spirit. Give her the proper treatment for her condition and give grace, wisdom, knowledge, skill, compassion and the proper technology to address it. Give all who love her, especially her husband and my reader the grace, peace, strength, faith, hope, and love from Jesus to endure this trial and become saints through it. Mother Mary and St. Luke, pray for them. We ask this through Christ our Lord. Amen.

And, by the way, thanks to you guys for praying for my reader who was contemplating suicide. She’s doing better today. Thanks be to God our Father through Jesus Christ!
