Prayer Requests

A reader writes:

Please have your readers pray for one of my brother deacons, Barry, who is undergoing prostate cancer surgery on April 15th.

Father, hear our prayer for Barry’s complete healing in body, soul, and spirit. Give his caregivers grace, wisdom, knowledge, understanding, skill, compassion, and the proper technology to help with the healing process. Give him and all who love him grace, peace, strength, faith, hope, and love. Mother Mary, St. Luke, and St. Peregrine, pray for them. We as this through Christ our Lord. Amen!

Another reader writes:

Would you mind praying for me as I’m applying for a few jobs (I’m reapplying for my current job which, due to funding, is being restarted since funding is switching over, as well as for a nightshift IT supervisor job, which would be a promotion and a hefty raise for me)?

Father, hear our prayer that you son would find the job he needs at a good wage. Mother Mary and St. Joseph, pray for him! We ask this through Christ our Lord. Amen.
