Prayer request

A reader writes:

Well, here I am again. I’ve implored you and your readers for prayer in the past when the going gets tough, and I’m hoping it’s not too much of an imposition now. I need to find new work, and quickly, to support my family. I feel overworked as it is but a huge chunk of my income is going to disappear soon. I’m trying to be hopeful but there isn’t much in the way of evidence to think things are going to improve as quickly as I might wish they would. So, if you and the Shea Army could pray for peace and contentment – and sure, how about the chance to work hard for a fair wage! – I’d really appreciate it!

Father, hear our prayer that you son would quickly find work in a good job at a living wage so that he can support his family. Mother Mary and St. Joseph the Worker, pray for him. We ask this through Christ our Lord. Amen!
