Prayer Requests

A reader writes:

Please pray for my husband’s coworker, Paul. His is in his mid thirties and was recently diagnosed with stage 4 stomach cancer. He is married with a little 2 or 3 year old girl. Please pray for a miracle through St. Peregrine–thank you.

Father, hear our prayer for Paul, that he be completely healed through Christ our Lord by the intercession of Mother Mary and St. Peregrine.  Grant compassion and skill to his caregivers and grace, peace, consolation and strength to all who love him through the same Christ our Lord.

Another reader writes:

My wife’s coworker  just had a baby.  They had tried for many years.  The baby  was born a few months ago.  There is a problem.  His legs have not developed well, and he goes back for tests to see the extent of the problem. At least one doctor has suggested they may need to amputate both legs.  No matter what he will be loved.  But his mother and her husband, and all of us, pray that such a measure doesn’t have to happen.

Father, hear our prayer for a miracle of healing for this child.  Grant skill and compassion to his caregivers and peace, consolation, grace and strength to all who love him.  We ask this through Christ our Lord.  Mother Mary and St. Luke, pray for them!
