I always pray along with the prayer requests and I love the praise reports, so I thought I would share some goodness – and remind everyone how powerful simple Mass attendance is. Six years ago I hadn’t been to Mass for years, thought I wanted to be a pagan (but couldn’t make it work logically), struggled with depression. The best thing I had going for me was my marriage (civil) to a nominal Lutheran. Realizing that a) the old pagans had all converted to Christianity and b) I didn’t know anything about the Church except what you can read in all the wrong places, I tried going back to Mass. As of now, my husband and I have been married in the Church, we have a gorgeous little daughter and my husband, after attending Mass with me for the past two years, has now decided to become Catholic. God is good. 🙂
