Catholic and Enjoying It!
The other day, Canadian Haters of the Church were busy saying things like “We’re all going to die. Cardinal Ouellet will die someday. I hope he dies from a long and painful illness…Yes, [what] I’ve just written is vicious. But Marc Ouellet is an extremist. And in the debate against religious extremists, every shot is fair game.” Seems the Cardinal said something about his prolife convictions in polite company.
Today, I find that the Cardinal has gotten a rather significant promotion. It’s a joyous thing to see virtue rewarded in this life.
