I wanted to give an update to you and your readers on the prayer request I sent in a few weeks ago. At 5:00 on May 1, our son Tobias Joseph was stillborn due to an infection. He was baptized and we will bury him this week next to his sister Natalie Claire. My wife and I thank everyone for their prayers, which I believe helped keep Toby with us this five extra weeks, and will help us through this next difficult time in our life. I’m sure he is praying and interceding for all us even now.
I am *so* sorry to hear it. May God receive little Tobias into his kingdom and may Mother Mary cradle him in her arms till That Day when you all meet at long last and are united in the love of Christ, who loves little children. Father, receive this little one and send your swift grace and consolation to this family that has suffered so much. Mother Mary and St. Joseph, pray for Tobias and all who love him that, when these sorrows pass, they may find the hope of the resurrection still intact. We ask this through Christ our Lord. Amen!
