I’m a brother of a national Christian fraternity, the San Diego State chapter of which filed a lawsuit after they lost recognition by the campus in 2005. The ruling finally came down, upholding the decision of the campus. Here’s the article.
I’m at the chapter in San Luis Obispo, CA, and the Inter-Fraternity Council here has been waiting on the ruling of this lawsuit to review whether or not they want us to be on campus. Please pray!
