Pretty busy today
With the film shoot coming up in March, I need to file a dozen columns with the Register so that I’m not trying to write stuff while we are shooting. I also need to write a dozen for Inside Catholic, as well as finishing editing a book, start writing/editing another, finish proofing the galleys for Mary, Mother of the Son, start with promotion for Mary, Mother of the Son, see my family, eat, sleep, and breathe, and maintain the columns and Words of Encouragment for Catholic Exchange. Oh, and I’m gonna run some stuff in other webzines too, as well as old media. And I’ve got some speaking gigs coming up too.
Speaking of which, O Georgian readers: I’m gonna be in Savannah from March 2-27, shooting Manalive. I don’t have a production schedule yet. But when I do and I know when I have free time (assuming I do), this is your shot at getting me to come speak without even having to cover airfare from Seattle). If you are interested, just peruse my Speaking Info page, pick what topic(s) you’d like me to come yak about, and drop me an email). I can’t make promises for absolute certain because I’m there primarily to serve the film production folk. But if I can squeeze in a talk, it would be a pleasure to do so and meet you!
Meantime, I gotta pour on the steam today and write a bunch of stuff. So I’ll see you tomorrow!
