Here’s What It Will Take to Defeat ISIS

The American Conservative wisely understands that the fight against ISIS is, as Jordan insists, their fight (meaning not just Jordan but all the Muslims in the region) and not the West’s. Smart money is on our backing locals in the fight rather than wading in ourselves. Islamic terror must ultimately be defeated by Muslim (against whom the bulk of Islamic terror is directed). Our task is to encourage that, not foolishly declare war on a billion people.
