A small klatch of Greek Orthodox bishops meet and declare that

the Catholic Church is not a real Church.  What does it all mean?

Basically nothing.  It’s a small klatch of bishops out at the end of the bell curve sounding off about the Catholic Church.  They are welcome to their opinion.  Even other Orthodox, as is their custom, clear their throats politely, look at their watches and edge toward the door.  When a Great Synod says something this silly, wake me.  Meanwhile, God bless and guide our brethren in the East toward the fulfillment of Christ’s prayer for unity.
