The first pol stands for the death of the GOP and a conservatism that has any interest in the common good. The latter represents a way forward which is compatible with our faith as Catholics and our duty as good citizens of a great country. The former represents the Party of Trump and all the vile filth for which he stands. The latter represents a sane and honest conservatism that has broken with the racism that so plainly infects the Party of Trump.
It is not too late for the GOP to say “No more!” to Trump and what he stands for.
