Baseball’s Almost Here!

This photograph, dated around 1915, shows a player from the baseball team of SS. Cyril & Methodius Seminary in Orchard Lake, Michigan. Founded in 1885, the seminary was (and is) geared to train future priests who were to work primarily in the Polish-American community. The letters on the front of his uniform stand for “Polish Seminary.”
