McNamara's BlogA lifelong Queens native, Pat McNamara first got interested in Catholic history as a Fordham undergraduate. He received his Ph.D. in Church History from The Catholic University of America, Washington, D.C. Since then, he’s written four books and numerous articles focusing on various aspects of American Catholic history. Pat has made numerous appearances on TV and radio to discuss this topic. He has taught Church History at both St. Joseph’s Seminary, Dunwoodie, and the Seminary of the Immaculate Conception, Long Island to seminarians, religious and laity.
