Billie Holiday Buried in Catholic Cemetery in Bronx

Here’s something interesting I just found out: Billie Holiday is buried at St. Raymond’s Cemetery in the Bronx. She was baptized in St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, Baltimore, founded in 1863 as the first African-American parish in the United States.
