Do not let Your Hearts Be Troubled

Do not let Your Hearts Be Troubled May 9, 2019

Do not let your hearts be troubled for I will never leave or forsake you. Didn’t I tell you that in the world you would face unbelievable struggles and hardship? Sorrow, pain, and suffering even death, is the inevitable outcome of life. You can try to avoid and control them as much as you like, but your best-laid plans are like holding on to smoke in the air. (Break Open and Blossom in Life)

My disciples could not comprehend what I was talking about when I told them I was going to prepare a place for them. I knew that my death like anyone’s death would shake them to the core of their being. They would be shocked, unsettled and confused. That is why I wanted to prepare them and you also. I wanted them to know that death is not the end but a step into a new realm of time and my presence.

I was preparing them to learn how to grieve but not without hope. The process of grief for those who are left behind is about mourning and making peace with the mystery of life and death. The mystery of why you are here never leaves you. It is always there as a part of your being and soul. I came into the world to help give insight to that mystery.

My promise when I went to the Father was, I would come again to take you to be with me there. There is a room, and a place for you like no other room you can imagine. It is a place of perfect peace of love in my presence. Trust me with your heart and life and know I will keep my promise. You do not need to worry about tomorrow or have any fear of the future. Ever since the time of creation flesh and blood is your temporary dwelling in the world. It is destined to pass away into the permanent reality of being united with my spirit. Do not let your hearts be troubled for I will never leave or forsake you. (When I go Away)

Scripture:

Do not let your hearts be troubled. You believe in God; believe also in me.  My Father’s house has many rooms; if that were not so, would I have told you that I am going there to prepare a place for you?  And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am. John 14:1-3 NIV

Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Deuteronomy 31:6 NIV

he made known to us the mystery of his will according to his good pleasure, which he purposed in Christ, to be put into effect when the times reach their fulfillment–to bring unity to all things in heaven and on earth under Christ. Ephesians 1:9-10
