An incredibly frank documentary regarding the growing trend of vulval plastic surgery. Raises all kinds of cultural issues, especially from feminist and parenting perspectives, as to the importance of self-esteem for healthy sexuality and self perception. Be prepared for graphic images, surgical images, and some language. It’s done in the UK so I got a kick out of hearing their slang for genitalia.
