Respectful Commenting

I just want to remind everyone that I have a “no tolerance” policy for harsh or unkind comments.  There are plenty of places we can have those types of conversations on the web – and I really try hard to keep this a respectful space where everyone can feel safe and supported – even when we disagree.

I really hate to delete comments – because usually, there are valuable parts of the comment that get lost just because of the tone of the message.

Please help me keep this a place of respectful dialogue.  Thank you so very much!
