Freebie Friday: Crow & Moon Original

Yes, more crows! It is my great pleasure to give away this ORIGINAL woodcut of 4 crows. It is done on Arches acid-free watercolor paper. It measure approximately 5″x7″ (12.5cm x 17.5). I rubbed the four crows onto the paper from the wood block. When they dried, I then used masking agent to block out the moon. After that dried I applied the watercolor paint to create the sky. When that dried I rubbed off the masking agent. There you have it. It reminds me of a Japanese block print.
