Is Church One Big Blame Game?

The church is thought of as a community of faith on a spiritual journey together. It’s considered to be a safe place where grace abounds and people support each other rather than judge each other. The pastor is the spiritual leader, however how often does the pastor blame others for situations the pastor has created?

• Is this the real situation or has church just become one big blame game?
• Do we hide behind the banner of Jesus?
• Do we blame others for the problems that we, the leader, set up and are clueless?
• Are members blaming each other or the leadership? What’s the root cause of this?
