In the ongoing struggle between religious freedom and the Health and Human Services sterilization-contraception-abortifacient mandate, the arsenal of bad arguments deployed by the Obama administration has been very impressive. “Corporations have no claim to the freedoms protected by the Bill of Rights” is perhaps the most extreme of these views.
