Adam Paterno is a 41-year-old happily married father of 2 and a practicing Roman Catholic from Montreal, Quebec Canada.  He has an MA in the History and Philosophy of Religion which he completed in 2007 at Concordia University, a certificate in youth ministry and several years of experience serving the Salesians of Don Bosco and the community of Missione Maria Ausiliatrice in the East end of the Catholic diocese of Montreal as a Parish Catechetical Leader and lector. Besides pursuing his passion for blogging and being a mental health advocate by helping his readers develop a positive mindset through his bible based-inspirational writing, he is also an avid runner and a huge fan of the Rocky and Creed franchises. He likewise has over 12 years of experience in customer service and works for a local transport company when he is not writing.
