99 Balloons

It’s become more and more of a rarity to see a handicapped child. When I do see one, I’m often quite moved because I realize that so many are missing, the ones who never got a chance to be born.

This great video clip makes a good case for giving people that chance even when the odds are not so great. As Dr. Seuss put it, “A person is a person, no matter how small.”Despite his defects,  Eliot made a difference with his short life.
