The purpose of the #AmericaIsKind Challenge is simple:
We want to spread kindness, gratitude and acts of good while highlighting the work of great charities.
We want to start a wildfire of kindness and positivity online and in everyday life.
So if you are tired of negativity, strife & division—especially on social media—
Take the #AmericaIsKind Challenge!
It’s easy: Simply…
– Feel GRATITUDE
– Do GOOD
– SHARE KINDNESS on social media by posting your Gratitude & Acts of Good on social media and tagging 3-5 friends to participate in the #AmericaIsKind Challenge
Need Ideas? We have them right here every day.
Today is Day 3 of the #AmericaIsKind challenge: Our theme today is Nature, and our Charity of the Day is the National Audubon Society, an organization which protects endangered wildlife and fragile habitats, adopting and promoting innovative policies for green energy development, and nature restoration.
“Our mission is to conserve and restore natural ecosystems, focusing on birds, other wildlife, and their habitats for the benefit of humanity and the earth’s biological diversity.”
Gratitude: “I am grateful to be able to experience the beauty of nature”
Good: Grab a friend or co-worker and enjoy a nature walk
Good: If you see any litter, pick it up for recycling
Good: On social media, share your most beautiful or awe-inspiring photo of nature, along with what you love most about being outside
Good: Eat, exercise or sit outside with someone you love
Good: Volunteer with your local Audubon Chapter or consider making a donation to the Audubon Society.
