The #AmericaIsKind Challenge: Day 23

The #AmericaIsKind Challenge: Day 23 November 23, 2016
There are two ways to take the #AmericaIs Kind Challenge:
#1: On social media, SHARE an ACT OF KINDNESS you have witnessed with the tag #AmericaIsKind, then PAY IT FORWARD by doing a random act of kindness for a stranger. TAG 3-5 friends to take the #AmericaIsKind Challenge to keep the acts of good going.
And/Or
#2: Participate in the 30-day #AmericaIsKind Challenge, where we are turning our #GratefulToGood by practicing gratitude and acts of kindness every day for a month. You can find the daily gratitude, acts of good, and highlighted charities HERE. Jump in or out any day…whenever you find the challenge is the perfect time to begin.
Today is Day 23 of the 30-Day #AmericaIsKind Challenge:
Our theme today is LOVE, and our Charity of the Day is: Team of HOPE,
“Helping Out People Everywhere,Inc (The Team of H.O.P.E.) is a recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit charity, created in the aftermath of the catastrophic Earthquake that hit Haiti in 2010.  The mission, simplified is to support, nurture, and empower communities and individuals of all ages and secure a better quality of life.”

Gratitude: “I am grateful for the love of a spouse or partner.”

In the rush of the holidays to spend time with extended family, take a moment to be grateful for your spouse or partner and the love & support they provide. If there is anywhere we need more random acts of kindness, it is in our own homes!

Good: Write a text just to say “I love you!” ( No grocery lists or to-dos.)

Good: Send flowers. An oldie but a goodie–send or buy some flowers to brighten up the holiday table and let your partner know you care. You can even send free virtual flowers— tey won’t light up the kitchen, but they will light up your loved one.

Good: Do the chore…you know the one…the one both of you hate. Guaranteed to make your spouse smile.

Good: Tuck a note with five reasons you appreciate your partner somewhere they will find it– a briefcase, lunchbox, or purse.

Good: Support our Charity of the Day, Team of HOPE
