Haiku Friday!!!!!!!

Eldest has been gone
swimming, hiking and riding
week-long summer camp

Home today at last
our fledgling back in our nest
glad to have her here

short letters sent home
too busy to even write
three hours away

I hope she had fun
but I hope she missed us too
and stays home awhile
