Welcome to the roller-coaster that is my life. I hope you’ve brought your Dramamine.
Today has gone from the high of having a book on the best-seller list, to the low of strep in my house, and then back up again when I got a request to be on Teresa Tomeo’s radio show on Monday morning.
She’s going to be talking homeschooling with me during the 20 minute slot from 7:35-7:55 am. (That’s Dallas time. Adjust for where you live.)
That’s right during my gym time!
I briefly considered skipping the workout on Monday in favor of promoting my book, but then I remembered that me without the gym is like a rabid squirrel on speed. I don’t even know Teresa and I know I like her too much to ask her to have a conversation with that.
I’d much rather be all cool like “Hey..how’s it goin’?” and “Homeschooling’s groovy” and whatever.
I tried to find a cool hippie chick picture to put here, but they were all naked and most of them were old. I need some eye bleach. Stat!
If you’ve ever talked to me when I’m nervous, you know that I make the micro machines guy of the 80s sounds slow and coherent.
Which is why I’m going to get up at 4:30 to get to the 5 am class, so that I can burn off some energy and be calm-ish, cool-ish, and collected enough.
Monday morning on EWTN radio. Listen in to see if I sound in person the same way that I sound in your head.
