Are you a recent college graduate, or an upper-classman in college, or have a loved one in that stage of life? It is an anxious time, transitioning out of college. New careers, new places to live, new relationships. A lot is changing. Today’s guest has lots of practical wisdom and tools to help with the transition.

Erica Young Reitz is the principal and founder of After College Transition. She has several years of college ministry experience working for the CCO and directing a program at Penn State University called Senior EXIT, which prepares students for life after college.

She is the author of After College: Navigating Transitions, Relationships and Faith (InterVarsity Press) and you can find articles by her in Christianity Today, Relevant Magazine, The Gospel Coalition, and Collegiate Collective.

Erica also serves as a lecturer in English for Penn State University’s Program in Writing and Rhetoric and as an adjunct faculty member for Geneva College’s Master’s in Higher Education Program.

She lives in State College, PA with her husband and two children.
