Kim Kardashian hated guns… until she was robbed in Paris

Kim Kardashian regularly uses her First Amendment right to speak out against others’ Second Amendment rights. But apparently, she’s shifting her opinion just a bit due to recent events.

Yeah, she hated guns right up until she needed one to protect herself while being alone and robbed at gunpoint in Paris. And since that incident, where the perpetrators got away with MILLIONS in her personal jewelry, Kim K has decided to beef up her security team.

And who could blame her? It’s just that it’s so hypocritical coming from her. She should be celebrating the amendment that gives her security guards the means to protect her and her family. Instead, she follows the liberal Hollywood model and decries gun ownership.

But now, Kim and Kanye are almost as well-protected as their pals the president and first lady. According to a TMZ report, her security detail now includes former Secret Service members who will never leave her side without two armed guards positioned at her location. The famous couple is also said to have met with ex-CIA agents, top security firms, and even Israeli army members! This new A-Team will not only be covering Kim and Kanye but also Kourtney, Khloe, Kendall, and Kylie.

This shouldn’t really be news; this is the realization of being free to protect ourselves through the bearing of arms. But it sure would make it easier to applaud if families like the Kardashians didn’t spend so much time bashing gun owners and the NRA. But as usual with Hollywood elites, they deserve armed security unlike the rest of us.
