Seriously, this is the dumbest thing I’ve ever seen.

The confirmation hearings for President-elect Donald Trump’s attorney general pick, Alabama Republican Sen. Jeff Sessions, got off to a tense start on Tuesday morning as protesters began planned disruptions, even before Sessions was sworn in to testify.

It started with protesters dressed up as members of the Ku Klux Klan, wearing the signature white robes and pointed hats, pretending to be supporters of Sessions. The men stood on chairs, yelling, “Jefferson Beauregard, you speak for the people!”

As they were escorted out, the men shouted, “You can’t arrest me, we’re white. White people don’t get arrested!”

Turns out, they weren’t members of the actual KKK — who is, really? — they were the equally racist Code Pink activists.  A few thoughts.

  1. I’m old enough to remember when leftists said that using the President’s middle name was racist.  I guess that only cuts one way.

2.  Also, what’s up with the excessive Southern accents?  Stereotype much, libs?

3.  Lastly, I love how they have “#1 fingers” helpfully labeled KKK, just in case the hoods weren’t enough.  (I guess leftists are sometimes dim, though.)

The fact is this: Jeff Sessions is a good man, and President Obama is the one who’s really messed up race relations in this nation.  Your hysteria means nothing.

Watch the protest break out below… and expect much much more.
