Well, well, well. Remember one of Donald Trump’s main promises is that he was going to build a wall? (At this point, the crowd usually chanted back “And we’ll make Mexico pay for it!”) People thought it was just a gimmick, a slogan, a way to get votes.
But guess what? He wasn’t kidding. In his first personal TV interview since replacing Batack Obama as president of the United States, he told ABC that this project was going to start soon:
When asked about the start of construction, Trump said it would happen in “months.”
“As soon as we can, as soon as we can physically do it,” he said. “I would say in months, yeah. I would say in months — certainly planning is starting immediately.”
Exciting!
So now what libs? First you were worriedly explaining that Trump was bluffing. I have a feeling that now you will worriedly report that he’s not.
Today, at the Department of Homeland Security, President Trump signed two executive orders. One concerned immigration. The other? You guessed it? The construction of that wall.
Watch ABC’s video about Donald Trump’s wall below — LOL! It explains why a wall isn’t feasible. Just watch, America.
