2. It’s terrible for business
For twelve years in a row, California has been ranked the worst state in the union for businesses. Recently, Nestle packed up its operation and moved to Virginia where there are better tax incentives. As Mark Meckler wrote, besides the “business unfriendly tax rates of the Golden State [and] the enormous cost of living,” there’s also the ever-present “anti-capitalist activists who have wreaked havoc on companies.”
Also, minimum wage activists are killing jobs by demanding $15/hour! Now, they’re getting replaced with automated machines. Oops!
