I Dare You: Day 6

I wouldn’t say I am utterly desperate for blog material for my 30 Day Blogging Challenge just yet, but I would say I am keeping my eyes open for any possibility of something to write about here EVERY SINGLE DAY.  Tomorrow comes pretty quickly, I’ve found …almost like since I’ve become a pastor one Sunday comes almost instantaneously after another.

So, when a friend wrote and mentioned she was enjoying my everyday blogging in this 30 Day Blogging Challenge, I wrote back to ask her if she would be up for the challenge herself.  To my great delight, she said that she just might be.  So, I’ve decided to throw down the gauntlet and issue the challenge to all my friends out there who write blogs: I dare you to take up this 30 Day Blogging Challenge along with me.

If I were a nice person I would say that this has been such a creative experience for me that I only wish my friends could share in my joy, but that would be a total lie.  I think it may be, rather, that I feel if I have to suffer then other people should also have to suffer.

Or, that I need to know who is writing regularly these days in case I need to plagiarize on a desperate day.

Regardless of the reason, I now issue the challenge.  Here are the rules; they’re pretty straightforward.  Anyone willing to take me up on the challenge should send me an email—I want to link my blog to yours so we can all be in this together.
