Political Teen has the Rockefeller Tape

What would we do without Young Ian and his tireless taping? Thanks to him we all get to see Sen. Rockefeller tell Chris Wallace that he went off to Syria, Saudi Arabia and Jordan – all on his own! – to “warn” them that George W. Bush, 4 months after 9/11, had already decided to attack Iraq. A decision which Rockefeller – after his trip – endorsed with lots of “Saddam’s got WMD” rhetoric.

Watch the tape: SEN. ROCKEFELLER: No. The – I mean, this question is asked a thousand times and I’ll be happy to answer it a thousand times. I took a trip by myself in January of 2002 to Saudi Arabia, Jordan and Syria, and I told each of the heads of state that it was my view that George Bush had already made up his mind to go to war against Iraq – that that was a predetermined set course which had taken shape shortly after 9/11.

Lots of questions are due that statement. I wonder if they will get asked by the “professional” media.
