2009: Banner Year for Abortions

I remember having sex-ed in junior high school, 1971.

So, now we’ve had 4 decades — forty years — of sex education in the public schools, which was supposed to teach kids, among other things, about contraception and “responsible, safe” sex. Sex education was supposed to “prevent unplanned pregnancies” and in that sense was supposed to help create a world where abortion was “legal, safe and rare.”

And abortion clinics — especially Planned parenthood — they’re a “service” to women, and to the community. In 2009 Planned Parenthood “served” America by performing 332,278 abortions.

They win the golden stirrups. Since 1970, over 53 million “served.”
