Your 2012 Resolutions and Predictions?

As I am preparing to leave for a vacation and won’t be back until January 9, (I may check in from time-to-time, though) I’m bumping this to the top, and also asking two questions:

1) What are your New Year’s Resolutions (if any)

2) Do you have any “predictions” for 2012?
