this Sunday is “Take a non-Catholic to Mass with you Sunday”…

… as a kid I had a friend, a Catholic friend, with eleven siblings. I loved their messy noisy house and spending weekends there. I loved that they took me to church with them… I felt like part of the family.

Little did they know, though I am sure they hoped, that one day I’d be the raging papist that I am.

Invite some one to church with you this Lent. Please. You never know where that my lead a soul.

*NB: “Take a non-Catholic to Mass Sunday” is not a recognized government holiday or even I real holiday, but it should be.
