M is For “Monday” and “Magnanimous” …

… I hate Mondays. I hate Mondays almost as much as I hate that moment when you realize that you spend more time writing indignant rants on the internet than you do in prayer and you think, gee I suck and am miserable.

I can always tell when I’ve been neglecting things spiritually. I go into panic mode and the writing starts to go off the rails. My confessor once told me to pray to St. Catherine of Siena for a magnanimous soul. Having magnanimity as a characteristic sounds hard. The alternative is much easier that’s why I resort to it at times. Pray for me and for those struggling with soul eating negativity and cynicism.
