humble academics…

… I used to suffer from intellectual pride. But that was before I realized how stupid I really am. You see, the more I actually learn the more painfully obvious it becomes how little I know.

So you’d expect all those fancy academics, who think they know everything, would at least have sense enough to recognize you can’t possibly know everything and be humbled by that realization. To be so smart but lack any sense. Shame really. Like atheist doctors.
