NO COLUMN TODAY: WHAT THE SHIZZLE?

Sometimes a girl just needs a day. To breathe. To sleep in. To sit in the sun and watch the baby bunny eat clover leaves. To stake the tomatoes. To go for a long walk. To get her nails did. To do nothin’.

After an epic battle with the flu/food poisoning/strange virus we called a time-out to regroup. So there’s no Godstuff this week. GG will be back next week, full throttle.

In the meantime, Ruth Graham’s death has got us thinking about Billy, even more than usual. A little investigating on YouTube last night turned up some real gems. Woody Allen interviewing the Rev. Graham on Allen’s 1969 TV special, Billy with Johnny Cash on a Christmas episode of the Cash Family TV show in the early 1970s, and Billy introducing Johnny and June Carter Cash before the couple’s performance at a Graham Crusade in 1986.
