    There is also ableism – prejudice against disabled people, whether the disabilities are mental or physical or both. Just thought I’d put that out there.

    And no, that does not “especially” apply to physical disabilities, even though the dictionary says that. It applies to mental and developmental disabilities just as much as it does to physical ones. Not to mention that there are plenty of people who have both mental and physical disabilities and experience ableism as a result of all the disabilities they have, not just one of them.
