Bible Study Ideas?

Over the years, I have been in many different Bible study groups, and they have all been great in their own way. I am looking for a Bible study for a small group of women that deals primarily with marriage – we are all married women and mothers, and would like to focus on the vocation of marriage (we just finished a motherhood series). Any ideas would be appreciated!

There are the Kimberly Hahn studies on the proverbs woman, have you done those already? nnhttp://www.catholiccompany.com/kimberly-hahn-bible-study-set-p9990264/nnI have read Graced and Gifted and thought that it was really excellent.

I second this suggestion–I really like Kimberly Hahn. She’s very real and regular. Not overly sweetie pie, not overly intellectual or overly watered down, just really wise and inspiring for Catholic women all along the spectrum.

What about Theology of the Body? We just finished the small Bible study on that issue by Christopher West. I can’t get enough of theology of the body, and it is the best combination of the Catholic faith and marriage.

I’ve also done the Women of Grace series by Johnette Benkovic that was really good. I remember having a discussion about it once on the blog, so you may have already done it. If you haven’t, it’s a winner.

Although, we just finished this one and it doesn’t have a particular focus on marriage. Super good, though.

Women of Grace is excellent, as is anything by Kimberly Hahn.

Really Red, I thought you’d jump on the Chris West wagon : )
