The unrecognizable Internet of 1996.

I remember spending way too much time waiting for web sites to load and chatting in irc during this time, but we didn’t have AOL. We had some awful isp that hardly ever worked (remember ISP’s?) and provided us with a FREE BROWSER called “Mosaic.” Nowadays my screenname is deadyetliving, but back then it was “superbird,” which many thought referenced the Denny’s delicacy when in fact I had never even eaten at Dennys.
