The period between the Jewish holidays of Passover and Shavuot is known as the omer. Religious Jews will count down these 49 days, aka “counting the omer.” But the omer just became way more fun thanks to a new Tumblr called Counting the Omar, which posts a different picture of Omar Little from the TV show The Wire every day. I mean, who doesn’t appreciate a little extra Michael K. Williams in life?
