Lena Dunham says she is skinnier because of Donald Trump

Is there anything Donald Trump can’t do?

HBO’s Girl’s creator and star Lena Dunham lost weight and explained to Howard Stern the reason for this weight loss.  Perez Hilton reports:

On Monday, Lena Dunham gave an interview to Howard Stern where she addressed her noticeably slimmer frame. Was it due to a new exercise regimen? Or a juice cleanse? Nope! It’s because of Donald Trump‘s horrific policies!

The Girls star said:

“Donald Trump became president and I stopped being able to eat food… Everyone’s been asking like, ‘What have you been doing?’ And I’m like, ‘Try soul-crushing pain and devastation and hopelessness, and you, too, will lose weight.'”

As you recall Lena is the actress who encouraged young voters to support Barack Obama, comparing voting for the first time to losing one’s virginity:

Um… gross!

Then, of course, she shilled for Hillary Clinton who somehow epitomized “women empowerment” even after staying with a philandering, possibly rapist husband for years:

Will this new weight lost fad be the new South Beach Diet for Hollywood?  If Trump could actually make people spontaneously lose weight, Lena better watch out — he might gain new supporters in the looks-obsessed Hollywood culture.
