Aide To Hillary Clinton Leaves Husband Anthony Weiner After He Is Caught Sexting With A Trump Supporter August 29, 2016

Six years ago,  U.S. Representative for New York’s 9th district, Anthony Weiner,  resigned in shame after it came to light that he had been sharing inappropriate images of himself with women on Twitter.

Today, Weiner and his wife, Huma Abedin– a top aide to Hillary Clinton–are splitting after he has been exposed, yet again, for sharing inappropriate pictures of himself. According to the L.A. Times, Weiner exchanged inappropriate pictures with a Donald Trump supporter.

In a statement, Abedin announced:

“After long and painful consideration and work on my marriage, I have made the decision to separate from my husband. Anthony and I remain devoted to doing what is best for our son, who is the light of our life. During this difficult time, I ask for respect for our privacy.”

Last night it was discovered that Anthony Weiner had continued to share lewd photos of himself. One picture included his son in the background of the image.

Weiner’s Twitter account has since been deleted.

Republican Presidential candidate, Donald Trump, did not waste any time connecting this issue with the Presidential Campaign asserting that this is another example of Hillary Clinton’s poor judgement:

I only worry for the country in that Hillary Clinton was careless and negligent in allowing Weiner to have such close proximity to highly classified information,” he continued. “Who knows what he learned and who he told? It’s just another example of Hillary Clinton’s bad judgment. It is possible that our country and its security have been greatly compromised by this.”

Anthony Weiner had attempted a political comeback after the episode in 2010/2011 scuttled his political career. The couple had been working to repair their marriage and remaining together. However, it appears that Weiner’s proclivities have trumped both his family and his career.
