Peanut butter and chocolate may be two great tastes that taste great together, but government and religion are not.

That is why in 1791 the First Amendment was added to the Constitution of the United States of America.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Freedom from AND freedom of – now that’s two great tastes that taste great together!
