Fr. Pfleger finally disciplined.
Some folk are gloating about this. I think that’s like gloating over somebody having cancer surgery. Fr. Pfleger’s behavior and the necessity of disciplining him is a tragedy. Rather than gloating, I think the obvious thing to do is pray that he come to his senses and that the flock he has betrayed with his egoism not imitate him.
Father, hear our prayer for Fr. Pfleger and his flock through our Lord Jesus.
