May Her Name Be Remembered by the King On That Day

Chinese woman rescues 30 abandoned babies.

I wonder if she is a Christian.  The story doesn’t say.  If not, I pray she has the pleasant surprise of hearing, “Enter into the kingdom which my Father has prepared for you from the foundation of the world.  For I was abandoned on a trash heap and you rescued me.”

As a very blessed mom to five Chinese children, I am standing up and cheering reading about this woman. To stand up to the government, who could have fined her or jailed her at any time over the years for this, takes such courage and love. She humbles me.

May God bless her and ease her pain. May she and all of us hear such a pleasant surprise.

  • May The Lord bless Mrs. Lou and her work. May He welcome her into the Kingdom with open arms. I pray that after her death, her work will continue through her children.

I don’t know if she’s an “official” christian, but she’s probably a lot more like Christ than I will ever be.

You don’t have to be part of the visible church to be saved- and this lady has done her purgatory right here in this life. If she isn’t Catholic yet- she will be as a member of the Church Triumphant for what she has done.

“I wonder if she is a Christian. ”
Who cares? She lived the gospel!!! Judging by the photos, her husband probably did, too.
Let’s start a move NOW to encourage the Vatican to initiate her cause for canonization. It’s about time such a cause without “adequate funding” is successful.
